Shipping
Every COULIRON piece is made to order. Your item is embroidered and printed after you order, then dispatched by our production partner in Blackburn, England.
Dispatch time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the service chosen at checkout.

Lost or late parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we'll track it down or send a replacement.
Returns & refunds
Changed your mind
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within that time, then send the item back within a further 14 days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags.
- You pay the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- We refund the item price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We'll offer a full refund or replacement and cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to start a return
Email info@couliron.co.uk with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll reply with the return address. Our full postal address is available on request.

This explains what personal data COULIRON collects, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who we share it with
- Stripe: payment processing
- Inkthreadable (Blackburn, UK): to produce and dispatch your order
- Netlify: hosts this website and stores sign-up form entries
- Etsy: if you choose to buy through our Etsy shop, Etsy's own privacy policy applies
- Any email marketing service we use to send our newsletter
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Marketing sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes.
Cookies and storage
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser stores your basket and whether you've already seen our sign-up pop-up. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

These terms apply when you buy from couliron.co.uk. The seller is Craig Coulthard, trading as COULIRON, Norwich, Norfolk, United Kingdom. Contact: info@couliron.co.uk.
Orders
Your order is accepted when payment is taken and you receive a confirmation email. Because items are made to order, we'll contact you and refund you in full if we can't fulfil an order.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
Products
We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and garment-dyed, faded and stone-washed finishes vary a little from piece to piece. That's part of the process.
Discount codes
The sign-up code gives 10% off your first order. It can only be used once per customer, can't be combined with other offers and has no cash value.
Your rights
Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
